Father's Day Cake

I made this cake for Father's Day for Matt. Lets just say that I was totally the favorite wife for the day.


I just made a double chocolate cake- frosted it with chocolate frosting - surrounded it with Kit-Kats and then put lots of fresh berries on top (ok, I'm cheap, I used frozen berries - but it is still good). I then warmed up apricot perserves and brushed it on top to get the shinny look.

It seriously looked this good and tasted great!
