One of our favorite desserts with peaches is Peaches and Cream Cake Roll.
First thing to do is grease the bottom and sides of a cookie sheet, line the bottom only with foil, then grease and flour the foil.
Beat three eggs with 1/4 tsp salt until thick.
Add 3/4 cup sugar gradually while continuing to beat.
