Creamy Tomatillo Dressing

I didn't take a photo of this one, but it's a yummy salad dressing that used some of the mountains of tomatillos we are harvesting this year. It makes good use of the blender!

2 large jalapeno peppers (seeded and coarsely chopped)
3 cloves garlic
2 or more tomatillos (I used 4 large ones and chopped them a bit)
1 handful cilantro--I used about half a bunch
juice of 2 limes
2 cups milk
2 envelopes Hidden Valley Ranch Salad Dressing mix
Put all this in the blender and blend. Pour into a large bowl and whisk in
2 cups mayonaise

Refrigerate until ready to serve. Makes about 1- 1/2 quarts
