Lemony Cabbage Avocado Slaw

Whole Foods sent me an e-mail with this recipe (and others).  The colors are so wonderfully springy and it sounds delicious.  I plan to try it in about 5 weeks when I can eat a few real foods again.
Check out the Whole Foods Recipe website.  It is vast, mouthwatering and healthy. They add new recipes daily.
