The other day we went to a local farm and bought some fresh peaches. When I brought them home and tasted the first one the one thing that I kept think of was peach waffles. It is a family tradition that I remeber a lot. Nothing was as good as comming home from ballooning to have fresh waffles with peaches I wanted Jonathan to experience it. I was even good enough to have actual cream lying arround so I whipped it and used it on top. Not a very friendly diabetic meal but a good treat now and then.
Wow, I can't imagine living somewhere where peaches are already in season. That sounds and looks so good! Yum, yum, yummy!
